I bought 3 bundle of this hair. And if there was a 0 star I would have been so happy. I put this on three days ago and it has been tangled like hell. I always use leave in conditioner but no luck with this hair. I contacted the shop to complain and the guy offer me 10% discount for the future purchase. I spent thousands of pounds in this shop but they didn't seem to care about customers at all.

Hair is very soft and thick . Ends are awesome and will be shopping again soon . There is no smell to the hair and it ships very fast , I received it within 3days .
